Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility:

The Gong cha Social Media Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States. Employees of Gong cha and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Sponsor:

The Sweepstakes is sponsored Gong cha (“Sponsor”), located at 200 Claredon Street, Boston MA 02116

Entry Period:

The Sweepstakes begins on 2/10/24 at 12:00AM EST and ends on 2/17/24 at 2:00pm EST (the “Entry Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter:

To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must:

All entries must be received during the Entry Period. Entries that do not comply with the entry instructions or that contain inappropriate or offensive content, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified.

Prizes:

5x winners will receive a Gong cha prize kit (valued at approximately $100. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection:

The winners will be selected at random drawing from all eligible entries with the highest scores received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification:

The winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or comment reply within 7 days of the drawing. To claim the prize, winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours and provide their full name, email address, and mailing address for prize fulfillment. If a winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity:

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without further compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

Release and Limitations of Liability:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Carbonate, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.

Disputes:

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Delaware.

Winners List:

To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Gong cha, 200 Claredon Street Boston MA ATTN: Sweepstakes Winner List. Requests must be received within 7 days of the end of the Entry Period.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Factbook.  Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that they have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by them.
